Last year, the golfing world lost one of its greatest stars when Seve Ballasteros passed away at much too young of age. He was a member of many Ryder Cup teams and was a proud golfer from Europe. During this years event the American team gained a big lead in the first two days of the event, and looked like they had it locked up going into the final day of play. On the final day, the European team made a huge comeback and it was like the spirit of Seve was there helping the team out. For any of us golfers that had the distinct pleasure to watch Seve perform his magic on the golf course, this European victory seems fitting.
