If you wish to see the behavior of nature, get yourself ready to see the lunar eclipse. Experts have confirmed that there will be full moon eclipse on Monday. It is said that this eclipse would last for an hour and people of United States, Canada, and South and North America will be able to see the dark and reddish moon.  It is said that this full moon eclipse is the first in a series of four total eclipses in the last two years.

What Is a Blood Moon?

All the full moon eclipses are called as blood moon. It turns out to be red due to atmosphere. Actually, when the light of sun goes through, the shorter wavelengths of sun are scattered and the longer wavelengths get through.  This event has remained as a matter of discussion since a long time. Few Christian’s orthodox claims that this event signifies the occurrence of dooms days. They quote Bible, Joel; 2:31 says that “the sun will be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come.”

When Is the Best Time to View the Blood Moon?

The lunar eclipse will begin from 9:55pm (PDT) on Monday and the best time to see “blood moon” is 12:46am (PDT) on Tuesday, or 3:46am (EDT).

How Do You Actually View the Blood Moon?

There is no need to get special glasses for viewing the blood moon. It can be viewed with the naked eye and there are no recommendations for viewing the lunar eclipse.
