Hi everyone i have Alienware 14 R2 with Windows 10 build which was upgraded from build through a clean install. Though m able to connect other bluetooth devices to the computer and same speaker connect fine with another Dell laptop with the same build. The same speaker was also working fine without any issue with the Windows 10 Build I have tried following troubleshooting but the issue not yet resolved.

Even after trying the above steps and all the steps mentioned in various discussions on this site, the issue remains unresolved. M attaching a screenshot of the error while trying pair the speaker.

Any suggestions in this regard will be very thankful. Follow the below methods. I suggest you to run hardware troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue. It will automatically detect the problem and fix it. Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.

Click on Small icon on the left navigation pane. Click on Troubleshooting and click on Hardware and Device. Click on Advanced on the Hardware troubleshooter dialog box and click on Run as administrator Enter the credentials if required. Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Hardware troubleshooter.

Type update on the Windows search bar and select check for updates. If the issue still persist, I recommend you to go to the computer manufacturer click on Network 5files download the driver for Windows 8.

Thank for a quick response, have tried all the above troubleshooting, but i still get the above error while trying to pair the speaker. There is no issue with other devices or the speaker connecting to the another laptop with the same Windows 10 build.

If you have any other work around please do let me know. I appreciate your time and effort you have spent trying to fix the issue. Click on the link on How to reset your PC. I have tried reset too on the PC and even a clean install but the issue still remains.
